Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SafeWay mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Purpose of the Application

SafeWay provides informational road awareness insights intended to support safer travel decisions. The App does not offer predictions, guarantees, or instructions and should not be relied upon as a sole safety measure.

Use at Your Own Risk

SafeWay is provided “as is.” Use of the App is entirely at your own risk. SafeWay shall not be responsible for accidents, damages, injuries, or losses arising from use of the App or reliance on its content.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  
  

• Remain attentive and responsible while driving or traveling
  
  

• Avoid misuse, interference, or unauthorized attempts to access internal systems

Background Operation & Notifications

If enabled, SafeWay may operate in the background to deliver safety-related notifications. Users may manage or disable these permissions at any time through device settings.

Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. SafeWay is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their account through the App settings. Upon deletion, access to the account is terminated. Certain records, such as support communications, may be retained where legally permitted.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software components, and internal systems associated with SafeWay are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Proprietary Systems

SafeWay utilizes proprietary analytical and decision-support mechanisms developed internally. Details regarding internal methodologies, data sources, or system architecture are confidential and not publicly disclosed.

Service Availability

SafeWay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or its features at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable European Union law and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
